At Mega Component we prioritizes ethical conduct and compliance with laws in its business practices. We have a Global Code of Business Ethics and Conduct that all employees are expected to follow, and provides training and education on various topics related to this code and their roles within the company, such as anti-corruption and anti-trust laws, export controls and customs compliance, information security, responsible social media use, workplace diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, preventing discrimination and harassment, compliance with insider trading rules, conflicts of interest, workplace safety and environment, hazard communication standards, quality, environmental management, data privacy and security, and intellectual property rights. The company also has a reporting policy with whistleblower protections and an anonymous hotline for employees to report any code violations. It aims to be fair and honest in its business dealings, prohibits collusion with competitors and fraudulent or misleading practices, and does not make political contributions or use forced labor. The company respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and has a strict compliance program for anti-corruption and anti-bribery. The company conducts due diligence on its suppliers and requires them to follow its Supplier Quality Handbook, which includes compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, environmental compliance, quality management, and import compliance. Mega Component also takes steps to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries in which it operates and has a Compliance Committee to oversee its compliance program.

Our Executive team has identified three key areas to focus on in our efforts to promote Inclusion & Diversity: Culture of Inclusion, Talent, and Community Impact. We believe it is essential to create an inclusive and diverse culture that celebrates and respects differences, reflects our values, and actively engages with our communities. We are committed to this mission through a variety of initiatives. For example, our Diversity & Inclusion committee works to eliminate bias and create a more inclusive workplace culture. This committee has provided bias training for management and supported community initiatives. Mega Component is also a member of Action for Diversity and Inclusion, a group that encourages businesses to take action to advance diversity and inclusion. 

To join this organization, We signed a pledge to support open dialogue about diversity, equity, and inclusion; offer unconscious bias education and training; share successful diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives; and involve board members in developing and evaluating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
