Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, Mega Component will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for products purchased as gifts, Mega Component will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. For refunds on products purchased through BitPay, Mega Component can process your refund directly back to BitPay.
If a Mega Component gift card was used on an order that was issued a refund, the refund will go back to the gift card used. The refund total will match the amount taken from the gift card for the order. Any additional funds not covered by the gift card will go back to the original method of payment.
Store Credit
For returns for store credit, Mega ComponentMega Component will issue you store credit in the form of a Mega Component Store Credit Gift Card. Once your return has been processed, a Mega Component Store Credit Gift Card will be issued and sent to you via email within approximately 1 -2 business days. Replacements
Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days. If Mega Component no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is simply out of stock, Mega Component will issue you a refund.
Products eligible for a replacement may only be replaced with the same product. We currently do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different products.
